1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, display name, and country when you create an account.

Vehicle Information: Vehicle make, model, year, engine code, modification details, and tune configuration that you provide.

Log Files: CSV datalog files you upload for analysis. These contain engine sensor data (boost pressure, air-fuel ratios, temperatures, etc.).

Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide engine health analysis and mod path recommendations
• To improve our scoring algorithms and threshold calibrations
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service
• To process subscription payments
• To enable tuner-client relationships when you link accounts
• To track referral attributions and calculate tuner referral commissions

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or log file data to third parties. Your data may be shared with:

• Your linked tuner: If you link your account to a tuner, they can view your logs and analysis results.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Stripe for payment processing.
• Aggregate analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our scoring models. Individual log files are never shared.
• Referral program: If you signed up using a tuner code, we share your subscription status (active/inactive) with the referring tuner for commission calculation purposes. We do not share your log data, analysis results, or personal information with the referring tuner unless you explicitly link your account to them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Log files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and log files are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Shared reports expire after 30 days by default.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us at tbk@tbk-logs.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
